WHAT IS THE MINIMUM/MAXIMUM PERIOD FOR THE USE OF A UNIT?
The minimum period is 2 weeks. The maximum period is as long as you want.
With a minimum rental period of 2 weeks you can – provided you cancel in time – easily avoid useless rental time.
WHAT IF YOU START USING A UNIT WITH THE WRONG DIMENSIONS?
If such a case arises, you can simply book a different unit and book to another space that has the right dimensions.
If a unit with the correct dimensions is not free or in stock, you can rent an additional unit.
HOW LONG IS THE NOTICE PERIOD?
The notice period is 14 days.
HOW BIG ARE THE UNITS OR STORAGE SPACES?
Optima Self-Storage offers units of different types and sizes, ranging from 10 m³ to 250 m³
WHAT CAN I STORE IN THE UNITS?
You can pretty much store anything you want in the Optima Self-Storage units.
However, there are a number of exceptions:
‘Live goods’, such as animals and plants.
Illegal goods, such as firearms, explosives and flammable substances are illegal...
Toxic, flammable and dangerous substances are forbidden, including all dangerous preparations and substances as referred to in Art. 723 Bis (ARAB), waste products and perishable products.
